My friends and I will be visting Nassau in June 14th and I was wondering if there are lots of people that vacation during this period of time considering it is the off season.

Mid June is not really off season, there's plenty of graduating students and families with kids.
As long as the kids are off from school, Nassau is hopping.
Off season would be from back to school to Dec 15th (with the exception of Thanksgiving). And from after spring break to the end of May.
