Hello,

You will find excellent parasailing at Cabbage Beach, on Paradise Island, across the bridge from Nassau.

I believe it is about $60 per person. It is quite a thrill! The feeling of peace and calm, when you are floating above the ocean, is unlike anything I have ever experienced. One word of caution: make sure the operator is licensed.

The Wyndham is quite nice with plenty of activities and a casino on premises. The room taxes will be based on the portion of your package price that relates to your hotel stay. The taxes are not assessed on the airfare portion of your package.

Usually, in package deals, the taxes ARE included in the price. Check with your travel agent or tour operator to be sure you don't get accidentally charged twice. Taxes are paid at checkout, if they have not been pre-paid in your package price.

I have never done the Hartley Underwater Walk, but I *have* done the Powerboat Adventures cruise, on numerous occasions. I HIGHLY recommend it! The boat ride alone is worth the price. And the island adventure is, as they say in the Mastercard commercials... "priceless".

Besides the great lunch and lots to drink, you get to; snorkel in the clearest water you've ever seen, watch them feed sharks up-close and personal, feed grapes to BIG iguanas and wander around what appears to be a deserted island with an incredibly beautiful beach... plus more.

Make sure you take the original "Powerboat Adventures" tour. There are imitators that do a fair job, but not as good as the original Powerboat Adventures.

All the hotel beaches have parasailing and jetskis. They are not hard to find. Just go out to the beach.. the vendors will be around.
