This will be our first time in the Bahamas and my husband and I would like to have a quiet, relaxing beach vacation. We're considering the Sandals in the first week of January even though the price is very high. Since our main activity will be at the beach--sunning, relaxing in the ocean, and snorkeling--we're worried that the beach at Sandals is too small, too crowded and the waters not calm or warm. Is Sandals good or are there other similar quality resorts with better beaches? Appreciate your help!
