I am an Architect in Key West Florida and I was raised in the Bahamas. I am also fond of Bahamian architecture and incorporate the “style” and detail in my work. I am not aware of any publication that specifically describes a “Bahamian vernacular” archetype. You may want to consider Key West Style architecture, after all Key West was settled by Bahamians. Or you may look at Southern States for direction because of the influence of immigrating colonist back in the 17th century.
