Will Baha Mar have one of the hotels all inclusive, when they are finished?

Harrah's will run the casino, will I be able to use Harrah`s total rewards to eat and stay at their hotel?

I am planning on going to visit the Bahamas this summer. I am so excited. One reason is because I get to save alot of money. Was able to get my trips at wholesale prices, and they are also unlimited. Has anyone else be able to save money like this.
