I will be staying at Club Land'Or this week and am wondering if there are any liquor/grocery stores nearby that sell wine? If so are they semi-decent tasting? And how much would I be looking at paying for a 750 ml bottle or a 1.5 litre bottle?

Yes, there are a couple of liquor stores on Paradise Island, within walking distance from Club Land'Or.

Prices for wine are comparable to the US, often cheaper.
