We were supposed to stay at Breezes in Nassau but they are closed until Oct. We are debating on switching to the Radisson for the week of Sept 13-20 but want to know if we are to expect rain or sun. What do the LOCAL weathermen say? Is is supposed to rain most of the day or is it like Florida where it rains 30 minutes here and there? Or should we switch our vacation until the beginning of November? Thanks.

The weather is a question mark because of Ivan. They say that he is not going to hit Nassau but there might be some occasional showers or thunderstorms because of the proximity of the hurricane.

Usually, it rains only for a short time, not all day.

In November, the water won't be as warm.

BTW - The beach behind the Radisson is pretty much back to normal.
