We are interested in Swimming with the dolphins and also with the stringray's. Is it possible to do both in the same day and what would be the cheapest way to do this? Do we need to get 2 separate packages or is there a way to just pay for one when we get there?

My personal choice for swimming with dolphins would be Dolphin Encounters. They operate a very nice business from Paradise island. They take you to Blue Lagoon island where you can do all the dolphin activities ranging from viewing, to swimming and interacting.

For stingrays, I prefer the experience that Powerboat Adventures gives you.

They whisk you to their own Private Island where you can snorkel, swim and play with stingrays. Plus, you can watch them feed real sharks from a distance that makes some people squeemish. lol

All this fun, in addition to all you can eat and drink, makes this one of the most popular excursions in The Bahamas.

Sorry, yes there is also a Stingray opportunity at Blue Lagoon but "I prefer" the encounter available from Powerboat Adventures.

However, you CAN experience both events at that one location.
