Can anyone give me information about Lucaya Estates - particularly "Silver Bluff" unit 1 in Lucaya. (Originally purchased in 1972) Is it livable? Are there roads, electricity, plumbing, and/or housing in this area yet? I am being offered a lot and I have absolutely no idea what to do. ANY info or direction would be greatly appreciated.
