I'm trying to research a piece of property in the Bahamas for my father who wants to sell it now. He is getting older and is somewhat confused and doesn't know the address or legal description of the property. He only knows he bought it in about 1969. Does anyone know of a Bahamas online public records check to search for property owned by an individual? Basically the only info we have is my Dads name. Any help on who to contact to find out where the property is or a value would be greatly appreciated.

Does anyone know the value of land in cat island,bs.
I soon will have property for sale at Greenwood Bay Estate.
These are 156 parcels, some are commercial for a
harbor, some are for apartments, duplexes and
triplexes. Some are residential. Most have
ocean and lake views.

Are you trying to sell one parcel or 156 parcels. is Greenwood Bay Estates near Greenwood Village Estates? Do you know if the property has public utilites?

H.G. Christie Real Estate lists several properties for sale in Greenwood Estates on it's website - hgchristie.com. That should give you a pretty good idea of what individual lots are selling for.
