Does anyone know an American bank/lender that will finance home construction in the Bahamas? The two Nassau-based banks that will only offer very unfavorable terms...either 50% down at US prime plus 2 for 15 years or 25% down at US prime plus ? for 10 years....ouch! Please advise if you have any leads. ron.gironda@att.net
