Does anyone have any plots for sale in G. Exuma? - and does anyone have any experience of buying plots in G. Exuma with regard to the legal process, issues to be aware of and finally if you believe this is a good thing to do!

If building does not commence for several years after the land is purchased, how easy is it to safeguard your land from squatters, illegal use and to prevent others from encroaching on your plot?

I would be especially interested in hearing from anyone in any of these subjects.
