My wife and I want to purchase a lot and begin construction on a vacation home in Rainbow Bay. We have a few questions that hopefully someone can answer for us: 1) Can anyone recommend a good attorney to handle the transaction 2) Any recommendations for a good real estate agent 3) I understand it takes a long time to get the deed processed, can title insurance be purchased, is there such a thing in the Bahamas. 4) any recommendations on a hotel to stay when we visit in a couple weeks. Thanks very much for your help!!
