Together, Rockwell Island Development Group (RIDGE) and the owner and developer Rafael Reyes have announced plans for Banyan Tree Bimini Resort & Residences, which promises to redefine living in Bimini. The first residences will be completed in 2025.
Banyan Tree will oversee the resort management and rental programme for private residences, and OFFICIAL is responsible for marketing in the U.S. Oppenheim Architecture is leading the design of this development, with sales and construction already underway.
