World-class chefs, magnificent resorts, pristine beaches and dynamic art galleries. Whether you’re looking for a classic sand-filled vacation, a foodie getaway, a golf week or a culture trip, Nassau Paradise Island has it all.
In the last few years, it’s been getting even easier to fly there, too. Southwest Airlines, JetBlue, United, Frontier, even Alaska Airlines have all significantly ramped up service to the capital of The Bahamas.
And now American Airlines is planning another big expansion to the destination, Caribbean Journal has learned.
Beginning in December. American will be expanding its important Chicago O’Hare-Nassau route to daily nonstop service, the carrier confirmed.
The expanded flights, which will operate on Boeing 737 aircraft, will take effect beginning on Dec. 5, 2024, in time for the peak winter season.
