Modes Iles Ltd, producers of Islands of the World Fashion Week have established two scholarships with the prestigious school of fashion design – Parsons The New School for Design in New York.
The scholarships target young fashion designers showing promise in the industry. The first scholarship will go to the winner of the NextGen Designer Award competition.
The second, entitled the “Harl Taylor Fashion Scholarship” will be given to a young Bahamian designer.
