Back again. The annual “Truffle Dinner” at the Baha Mar’s Cafe Boulud The Bahamas is making its return this October for the resort’s Bahamas Culinary and Arts Festival.
The multi-course meal features a menu by Chef Daniel Boulud and Executive Chef Antoine Baillargeon.
It showcases selected truffles from Italy’s Piemonte region, including the Alba white truffle.
The dishes re paired with wines from Gaja Winery by Giovanni Gaja, presented by Young’s Fine Wine.
