TULSA, Okla. — A local church youth choir is back in Tulsa after travel troubles forced them to cancel their tour to the Bahamas.
FOX23 was outside of Boston Avenue Methodist Church speaking with parents as they waited for their kids to make it back home safe.
The kids weren’t able to go due to flight mishaps.
Signs and balloons that said “welcome home” were in the hands of these parents, grandparents, friends and even dogs who waited for the charter bus to make its way back to Tulsa.
FOX23 spoke with two parents who said their hearts ache for their kids because they know how bad they wanted to go do their choir tour and missionary work.
