The Bahama Mama was featured in Metro Newspaper’s July 4 issue.
As Americans enjoy their Independence holiday, Metro produced a light-hearted article on tropical drinks to be enjoyed on the occasion. Due to a pitch from Ministry of Tourism public relations representatives, the Bahamian favorite, Bahama Mama, was included.
The article lists ingredients for the tropical drink and a recipe for mixing.
Metro is a free daily newspaper distributed to commuters in New York, Philadelphia and Boston. It has a combined print circulation of more than 600,000.
