About 80 Villagers took their love for cardio drumming all the way to the Bahamas in February. Drumming on a beach, in a lagoon and at night all were part of a cruise led by Villages cardio drumming instructor Donna Yon.
“It was lots of fun,” said Yon, of the Village of McClure. “We couldn’t have asked for a better trip or a prettier beach.”
Yon has been a cardio drumming enthusiast for four years, leading classes on the southern side of The Villages. She never considered taking a cruise focused on the exercise until she was approached by an MSC Cruise Line agent.
