Known as Sandpiper Village, this four-house compound with a private beach is part of Montage Cay, a 53-acre private island resort in the Bahamas that is set to open at the end of 2025.

“This is a unique opportunity for someone—it could be a multigenerational family—to create a compound within a private island community,” said Tina Necrason, executive vice president of residential for Montage International. Montage Cay is both the name of the 53-acre island and the resort.

“What I like about Montage Cay is that you can arrive by helicopter, seaplane or boat,” she said.

The resort and residential community will feature a five-star hotel with 50 all-suite accommodations, 47 three- to six-bedroom Residences at Montage Cay and a selection of oversized oceanfront homesites.
