Markets couldnﾒt continue last weeks rally on Monday and plummeted on Tuesday when the Fed didnﾒt lower interest rates but rallied back strongly on Wednesday and held that level through to Friday’s close with the Dow Jones up +0.4%, the S&P up +2.2% and the NASDAQ up +4.2% for the week. European markets generally slid -2% and Far Eastern markets were mixed with Japan down -2.1% and Hong Kong up +2.5%.
