Film Producer Joins Coldwell Banker

What do a TV producer and baker have in common with a realtor?

“I guess we’re all free spirited,” laughs Robert Arthur, Coldwell Banker Lightbourn Realty’s new sales agent in Harbour Island.

Robert, the popular proprietor of Arthur’s Bakery and Cafe in ‘Briland, is as enthusiastic about selling real estate as baking the best jalapeno bread Prince Charles has ever tasted.

Born in Nassau, Robert lived in Miami most of his young adulthood, before relocating to ‘Briland 13 years ago with his wife, Anna, and two sons.

In his former, fast paced life, he was a producer/director for a CBS affiliate in Miami and numerous TV and film projects.

Robert now enjoys a more simple life in postcard pretty Harbour Island, operating the bakery, and listing and selling property for Coldwell Banker Lightbourn Realty.

Robert and Anna have their own website, myharbourisland.com, which was rated number one by Yahoo, Google and other internet search engines as the top site for information on ‘Briland for both business and pleasure.

This proactive man with a great sense of humour loves selling real estate, meeting new people and ‘baking some of the best stuff in the Bahamas.’

Prince Charles said of the jalapeno bread, the “best he’s ever tasted,” Robert says cheerfully.

Robert is actively involved in numerous community activities in

‘Briland, including the volunteer fire department, the hurricane relief committee and, as a local minister of Jehovah’s Witnesses.

“He’s everything you could want in a real estate agent,” said Coldwell Banker Lightbourn Realty president Mike Lightbourn. “We’re delighted to have him on board.”
