IBM’s Lotus Domino provides an ideal environment for hosting an organization’s Email and Collaboration solutions. Duke Wells will examine the issue of what is spam and what’s not, and how to avoid having legitimate emails classed as spam and deleted before anyone has a chance to see them. Mr. Wells’ presentation will include the secrets behind lists and list building – the pros and cons, the pitfalls and the risks – and how to avoid them, as well as how to write an effective selling Email; how to personalize email messages; and the power of newsletters. In addition, case studies of successful companies benefitting from the techniques discussed will be examined. The seminar will end with a question and answer period moderated by Ms. Wells.
