General Motors Corporation is the largest company on earth. They do BILLIONS of dollars in business every year and they make a substantial profit.
They have 12 members on their board of directors.
Our public corporations, which are paltry in comparison and DO NOT make a profit, each have 20 and 24 members on them.
How can we justify dozens of useless syncophants on the boards of our public corporations when the largest company on earth only needs 12 people?
Anyone who would accept a board appointment under those circunstances is as guilty of wasting the public’s money as the corrupt politicians who name the boards.
Here we go again with the evil Pingdom empire. These corporate boards are just a way to further enrich the same bunch of crooks who have been raping the Bahamian public for thrity years and blaming foreigners and whites for keeping them down.
Now, I hear Bahamasair board members will fly free. Are these the same losers who can’t run the company well enough to make a profit. I think they ought to pay DOUBLE!!!
