Fortis Sells Bahamas Banking Unit To Scotiabank

AMSTERDAM, Feb 4 (Reuters) – Benelux financial services group Fortis said on Tuesday it had sold the trust and private banking business of its MeesPierson unit in the Bahamas to a unit of Bank of Nova Scotia for an undisclosed sum.
