A man was tied up, while his house was ransacked by three gunmen late Sunday, police reported yesterday.
Vincent Smith was at his home on W. Bay Street, near the western tip of the island, when three men dressed in dark fatigues and knee high boots, armed with handguns, entered the house through a sliding door around 9:40pm, Supt. Hulan Hanna told The Tribune.
Mr. Smith told the police the men took money and other personal items.
