Suisse Security bank and Trust yesterday lost its high profile Supreme Court appeal case aimed at overturning the Central Bank of The Bahamas’ 2001 decision to revoke its banking lincense.
Justice Austin Davis ruled that Suisse Security had failed to prove any of the grounds of its appeal, and he dismissed the appeal in total.
