Police Officer Charged With Armed Robbery

According to police charges, Const. Kensell Garth Burrows, along with a friend, held a man at gunpoint.

It is alleged that Burrows and his co-conspirator, Clifton Morley, robbed Samuel Joseph of $1,000 cash on Friday.
