Mr. Adderley spent 30 years at Batelco before resigning in 1999. He has wide experience in analog and digital telecommunications and cable plant systems and helped develop Batelco’s project management structure.
He holds an MBA degree from the University of Miami, an undergraduate degree in electrical engineering and certificates in telecommunications from Norwood Technical College in London.
He has completed various management training courses and numerous technical and regulatory courses. During the last decade he represented Batelco at regulatory workshops presented by the Caribbean Telecommunications Union, the International Telecommunications
Union and the World Trade Organisation. The PUC was established in 2000 to regulate public utilities throughout The Bahamas.
