Anastacia (Stacey) Pierre, 20, was found lying naked in a bathroom tub with wounds to the wrist and neck and a bruise under her chin.
Supt. Basil Rahming reported that a 23-year-old man is in custody assisting police with their investigation into the island's sixth homicide for the year.
