Meanwhile executives of the College of the Bahamas Union of Students (COBUS) are upset at the administration’s apparent failure to alert the relevant authorities. This said, COBUS, includes alerting police about what it considers “possible life-threatening occurences”.
For some scholars, yesterday’s event was grim reminder of other armed robberies, rapes and multiple sexual assault cases which they say have taken place over the past year and are seemingly ignored.
