Intensive police investigations led to the discovery of both girls in two seperate areas of New Providence.
Each was found with a man in his early twenties.
Both men are in police custody and are expected to be charged in court this week with harbouring fugitives.
The fire was confined to dormitory number three, from which two of its occupants escaped, but the other three suffered serious injuries.
Two of the three girls subsequently died, while the last survivor remains in hospital.
