Ingraham: Bradley Roberts Acted Beyond His Powers

However, Prime Minister Christie rushed from his office in the Churchill building across the street from the House of Assembly to defend Mr. Roberts.


He said Mr. Ingraham should know that, because amendments needed to be made to the Public Utilities Commission (PUC) Act. Mr. Roberts had acted within his given authority as minister.


He also accused Mr. Ingraham of “playing games with the minister” and wanting to embarrass Mr. Roberts.
