Mr. Moxey collapsed in front of the John Bull store and was quickly attended to by paramedics. He was taken to the Princess Margaret Hospital where he was pronounced dead on arrival.
Mr. Moxey’s cause of death was on Monday still not relased.
Fourteen people were arrested during the Junkanoo parade, including two Jamaican nationals. Those persons were arrested for a number of crimes, including weapon and drug possession.
A young woman was also arrested during the festivities for throwing what police have described as “missiles” into a crowd on Bay Street.
A man was also detained after police said he erected signs advertising parking for a fee without permission.
