Open Letter To Tourist Minister Obie Wilchcombe

Dear Sir,

You might be aware of some websites I have published since three years. My dispute with the Bahamas legal profession ended in a call for a commission of inquiry to investigate shortcomings of the legal system. Additionally I claim false advertising in the Bahamas tourism sector.

Once again I would appreciate if you could take part at a international press conference on the occasion of the largest travel trade fair in the world, which takes place from 12th till 16th March, 2004 in Berlin, Germany. In order to satisfy the media it would be a good idea if you could be available at Sunday morning 10.30.

An alternative could be the13th of March after the Caribbean Tourism Organisation press meeting.

The topics are:

– Satisfaction of cruise ship passengers

– Nassau and Paradise Island – a top travel destination

– Bahamas Ministry of Tourism advertising campaign in Germany

– Tourism embedded in the political culture of the
Bahamas

– Discussion

I would appreciate to hear from you till the weekend or latest at the 17th of February in order that we do have enough time for further questions.

Yours faithfully
