Rogue, yet high ranking, officials in the Government of The Bahamas have initiated a slander campaign against the founder of BahamasB2B.
BahamasB2B has received numerous threats since launching the site and has recently received e-mails demanding that certain messages be removed from message forums, hosted by BahamasB2B, or the founder will face a character defamation campaign by what appears to be rogue members of the Bahamas Government.
BahamasB2B refused to bow to the threats or the letters of extortion that followed.
The information being diseminated isﾠfalse and slanderous. What truth there is has been distorted with the intent to slander BahamasB2B’s founders.
The bogus and slanderous informationﾠis being sent in a cowardly annonymous manner as the sender is keenly aware of the legal implications of sending falsified information with the sole intent to impugn the character of another.
The falsified and slanderous “report” is being sent by a former UBP party stalwart who currently lives in Bellingham, Washington, in the United States.
The slanderer is allegedly working on the slander campaign with another Bahamian, living in Canada, with close ties to the Ministry of Tourism.
BahamasB2B has indicated that a slander suit will be filed against all parties involved in the defamation conspiracy both in the United States and in Canada, including those that had prior knowledge of the campaign or supported it in any way. ﾠDue to the corrupt and dysfunctional nature of the Bahamas judicial system, BahamasB2B feels it would be a waste of time to file a lawsuit in the Bahamas.
Recipients of the slanderous and falsified information should forward it to BahamasB2B immediately for further analysis.ﾠ Redistribution of the information could result in additional lawsuits being filed by BahamasB2B.
