Galleria Cinemas assumed the management and operations of the cinemas at the JFK Drive and Freeport locations yesterday and entered into long-term leases with RND Holdings for both premises.
In a statement, Jerome Fitzgerald, chairman of RND Holdings, said the transaction would allow his company to restructure and report positive results again in the very near future.
