BahamasB2B.com is known for its leadership in the Bahamian Internet industry, as well as for top notch Internet business and marketing solutions. Coralwave provides fast, reliable Internet service to the majority of Bahamians, and the Bahamas Hotel Association represents The Bahamas’ extremely important hospitality industry.

When these three dominant forces get together to sponsor a contest that honours the best web sites in the Bahamas, winning isn’t just an honour, it is a well-deserved tribute to a brilliant site.

Following the triumphant success of last year’s contest, the Bahamas Web Awards 2004 promises to generate even more excitement for the Bahamas Web industry this year.

Attractive and informative websites are becoming increasingly popular as the Internet and e-Commerce continue to expand among the Bahamas islands. The Bahamas Web Awards not only acknowledge and congratulate the best web sites in the Bahamas, they also bring valuable publicity and traffic to many under-appreciated sites.

This year’s Grand Prize is a one-of-a-kind trophy sculpture created by beloved Bahamian artist, Antonious Roberts. The impressive 36-inch statue, designed exclusively for the 2004 Bahamas Web Awards, is hand-carved from Bahamian wild tamarind and madeira woods. The coveted trophy will be ᅠpresented to the owner of the site that earns the top distinction, the “Best in The Bahamas” at the Web Awards ceremony in November.

You can nominate your site for FREE! The Award categories include: Tourism related sites, non-Tourism related sites, Government and Civic sites, Personal Pages and Student Designed pages. Each of these category winners will recieve a custom engraved acrylic trophy and other valuable prizes.
