Cruise Passenger Stabbed

Cruise operators are being urged to hire more security staff after a passnger was stabbed during a Saturday night trip in Nassau Harbour. It was one of two knifing incidents over the weekend.

The stabbing incident has prompted police to urge cruise operators to hire sufficient private security staff and possibly employ off-duty police officers.

The suggestion follows the stabbing of 25-year-old Renaldo Smith, a passenger on a Yellow Bird cruise when a fight broke out at 11pm on Saturday.
