The PUNCH tabloid newspaper reports that a female member of the Defence Force has filed a written report detailing how an officer made an alleged sex-beast attack on her.
It is not the first such complaint against the officer.
The report was addressed to Lt. Cmdr Major, officer in charge of the department in which the female marine works.
Copies of the report were also sent to Defence Force Commodore Davey Rolle; Police Chief Paul Farquharson; PM Perry Chrtstie; General Cameron Ross, head of BDF Review Board; A/G Alfred Sears; and Dr Sandra Patterson, of Women’s Crisis Centre.
A group of girl marines are calling for the prosecution of the alleged sex-beast officer.
The alleged victim declined to send a copy of her report to DPM Cynthia Pratt, Minister in charge of the BDF.
The paper reports that the girl marines feel it’s a waste of time sending such complaints to Minister Pratt as she has reportedly failed to act on such claims in the past.
In her report, the girl marine alleges that the officer bit her breasts and tried to hold her down. The same officer has also been accused of exposing himself to another female marine.
