A man who was arraigned earlier this week on two murder charges as well as several armed robbery and car theft charges was back in court yesterday.
Vinson Ariste, 20, of Goggle Eye Road, alias “Spy”, was arraigned before Chief Magistrate Roger Gomez in Court One, Bank Lane, on Monday, charged with the murders of Daniachew Miller, 29, and Noel Roach, 35, of Walnut Street.
Ariste appeared before Magistrate Guillimena Archer in Court 10, Nassau Street yesterday on the murder charges where he was not required to enter a plea. A preliminary hearing has been set for December 15.
