The case involving the American man who police found dead in a jacuzzi at billionaire financier Louis Bacon’s home more than four months ago will likely end up before the Coroner’s Court, according to Assistant Commissioner Glenn Miller.
“The matter is being forwarded to the attorney general’s office,” Miller said.
Tuckfield’s death and the expedient manner in which his remains were sent out of the country raised eyebrows in May, but Assistant Commissioner Hulan Hanna said earlier there was nothing remarkable about the discovery and that Tuckfield died of”natural causes”.
