Alpin Russell, Jr, 63, of Sapphire Ridge and his son, Alpin Russell III, 36, of Hampshire Street, were charged with stealing over $100,000 from a client.
The father and son duo was accused of stealing by reason of servcie from Amanda McKenzie bewteen Juine, 2006 and August, 2008.
The Russells were arriagned before Magistrate Guillimina Archer.
They were not required to enter a plea. A preliminary inquiry will be held to determine if there is enough evidence for a trial in the Supreme Court.
Bail was set at $30,000 each and the matter was adjourned to May 24, 2011
