WORDS SPEAK LOUDER — For the young women who call the Williemae Pratt Centre for Girls home, reading material feeds the imagination, opens vistas of a wider world and inspires hope. That was the appeal Centre supporter Erica Morris and Founder of Surrogate Aunt, 2nd from left, brought to the attention of Bank of The Bahamas.
Thanks to extra support from the bank’s South Florida customer service centre in Coral Gables, the residents of Williemae Pratt can travel the world and find hope in the stories of others with a slew of new reading material. The early Christmas present was part of the bank’s broad community sponsorship outreach with its focus on youth development, literacy and law enforcement.
