After retiring from his day job, Bahamian photographer Richard Hokemeir had his mind set on watching soap operas.
However that soon got old, so he decided to pick up his camera and make art with photography.
Its amazing how a sunset looks when it is captured from a different perspective, or how a bird in flight preparing to make its landing on a leaf looks. The images are no longer stagnant, they become moveable and vibrant.
With his spontaneous nature, excellent camera angles and exotic surfaces Mr Hokemeir is changing the way photography is viewed by many.
