If an arcade or games room at the hotel isn’t enough to keep your teens out of trouble when on vacation, how about an entire teen nightclub?
That’s what teens at the Atlantis Paradise Island resort in the Bahamas can now enjoy since the opening of the $11 million CRUSH teen nightclub on January 1.
Designed to keep even the most demanding teens amused, the club combines elements of adult nightspots – such as video walls, a performance stage, VIP areas and even doormen – with teen-friendly amenities such as technology areas.
Atlantis says that the club is “inspired by the lavish Las Vegas nightclub experience” and hired interior designer Jeffrey Beers to deck out the interior with items such as smoked mirror panels, a backlit bar and marble floors with color changing LED lights.
Naturally, teens aren’t allowed to drink at the bar, but it does serve a selection of “mocktails” such as a ‘Mango Margarita’ or ‘Almond Joy’ and the party runs through until 1AM.
