The Ministry of Public Works & Transport wishes to advise the motoring public that a Temporary Road Closure and traffic diversion will be carried out on sections of East Street to allow the completion of Drilling Works from Monday January 17th for approximately three (3) days.
Motorists are asked to observe the traffic management signs in place and travel with caution while the work is being carried out. Detours will be clearly marked to allow for the safety for pedestrians and motorists.
The Ministry of Public Works & Transport takes this opportunity to thank the public for their continued support and patience during the construction period. We apologise for any inconvenience that the closure may cause and request that the public use the alternate routes provided.
EAST STREET (South) Motorists travelling northbound should divert through ZION BLVD, use ANTONIO DRIVE and VICTORIA BLVD as alternate routes and continue on East Street (South) to their destination. ZION BLVD Motorists travelling eastbound should use ANTONIO DRIVE and VICTORIA BLVD as alternates. BAMBOO BLVD Motorists travelling westbound should use ZION BLVD, ANTONIO DRIVE and VICTORIA BLVD as alternates.
