Voluntary staff reductions at BTC are expected to take place within the next year, a company executive said.
This comes after William Carroll, president of the Bahamas Communications and Public Managers Union (BCPMU), claimed that during their last meeting, the management of the newly privatised BTC said they will be seeking to reduce staff levels by 30 per cent.
