Police continued their crackdown on vendors at Potter’s Cay dock as three more stalls were closed.
The stalls were closed due to lack of permits or other violations.
The remaining vendors have three weeks to ensure they are in compliance with regulations.
The police did not got to Potter’s Cay with the intention of shutting down stalls. They were primarily interested in determining how much time the vendors would need to get their licensing and permits in order.
Last week, police closed 11 unlicensed stalls, towed vehicles, cited drivers and even arrested two people who had outstanding warrants of arrest pending.
